Changing directory structure

I'm changing the directory structure of pages again.

Documentation for projects will live under projects/, the deployed application will be under / (root).
Writings will be of form year/title.org because the directory was a mess. I know I've written this before only to reverse it later.

I'm not going to break any links, I've setup redirects for all the pages.
